Astha joined the Investment for Health in Africa (IFHA) team in November 2023 as an intern and was subsequently retained as a Financial Analyst from January 2024. She is based in the Amsterdam office.
Before joining IFHA, Astha worked at Genpact in India as a Financial Consultant. In this role, she assisted a European Investment Bank, leading a team in developing financial models, performing financial analysis, and providing mandates for Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Finance, and Advisory departments. Prior to her tenure at Genpact, she served as an Investment Banking Analyst at Moody’s Analytics Knowledge Services, where she managed services for U.S. Investment Bank. Her expertise spans various sectors, including real estate, healthcare, consumer goods, and technology. Additionally, she gained experience as a Management Intern in the Accounts and Audit department at Mirza International.
Astha holds a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Finance and a minor in Marketing from Apeejay School of Management, India. She also earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, India.
